These Terms govern your use of gardpilot.com and purchases from VODESON INC, trading as GardPilot.

Products and availability

Product descriptions, prices, availability, and promotions may change. We may limit or cancel an order when reasonably required for fraud prevention, stock limitations, pricing errors, or operational reasons. If we cancel a paid order, the affected amount will be refunded.

Orders and payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information supplied is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. An order is accepted when we confirm processing or shipment.

Shipping

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Most in-stock U.S. orders target delivery within 3-7 business days after processing. See Shipping & Delivery for fulfillment, tracking, and international delivery information.

30-day trial, returns, and refunds

Eligible purchases may be returned under our 30-day risk-free trial, subject to authorization and the conditions in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Warranty

GardPilot products include a 12-month limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use. Product-specific exclusions and remedies are described in the Returns & Refunds policy and any documentation supplied with the product.

Acceptable website use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use site content in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded in your country or region.
