Shipping & Delivery

GardPilot uses different fulfillment routes by destination. U.S. orders are fulfilled through Amazon FBA / Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment when inventory is available. Orders outside the United States are fulfilled through approved cross-border shipping services based on destination, product availability, and checkout service selection.

Estimated delivery time

Most U.S. orders are delivered within 3-7 business days after the order is processed. International delivery times vary by destination, customs clearance, selected service, carrier capacity, holidays, weather, and address accuracy.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. U.S. shipping is based on Amazon fulfillment costs and promotional thresholds. International shipping is based on the available cross-border service for the destination country or region. Promotional free-shipping thresholds may apply and will be shown before you place your order.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, tracking details will be added to your order. You can also use the Track Order page with your order ID and billing email.

Fulfillment locations

Orders may ship from different fulfillment centers or logistics partners depending on inventory location and customer destination. For security and operational reasons, warehouse addresses are not used as customer service or return addresses.
