Returns & Refunds

30-day return window

Your purchase is charged at checkout. You may use the product normally and request a return within 30 days after delivery. The product must be returned with its included accessories and should not show abuse, unauthorized modification, or damage beyond normal trial use.

Request authorization before shipping

Email support@gardpilot.com with your order number and reason for the request. We will provide a return authorization and the appropriate return instructions. Do not send a return to a fulfillment warehouse without written authorization.

Return shipping and fees

When a return is due to a verified defect, damage on arrival, or an incorrect item, GardPilot will provide or reimburse reasonable return shipping. For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. GardPilot does not charge a restocking fee for an approved return that meets this policy.

Refund timing

After an authorized return is received and inspected, the approved refund is issued to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary. Expedited shipping and other non-refundable services are not refunded unless the return resulted from our error.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as practical after delivery with the order number, photos, and a short description. Keep the item and packaging until support provides instructions. We will assess replacement, repair, or refund options.

12-month limited warranty

GardPilot products include a 12-month limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use. It does not cover misuse, unauthorized modification, accidental damage, normal wear, improper installation, depleted batteries, or use outside the published product specifications.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
