Returns & Refunds

We want GardPilot products to work well in your home, garden, and smart-growing setup. If something is not right, contact us at support@gardpilot.com before sending anything back.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returned items should be unused or gently tested, include all included accessories where practical, and be packed securely to prevent damage in transit.

Return authorization required

Please do not ship products to a warehouse or fulfillment center without written return instructions from GardPilot. We do not publish a return address on the website because return routing may vary by product, order location, and inspection requirements.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Original shipping fees, expedited shipping fees, and return shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or a defective product.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue. We will help with replacement, repair, or refund options.

12-month limited warranty

GardPilot provides a 12-month limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use. The warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modification, accidental damage, consumable parts, normal wear, improper installation, or damage caused by extreme outdoor conditions outside the product specifications.
