How orders are fulfilled

U.S. orders are fulfilled through Amazon FBA / Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment when inventory is available. Orders outside the United States are fulfilled through approved cross-border shipping services based on destination, product availability, and the service shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery time

Most in-stock U.S. orders are delivered within 3-7 business days after processing. International delivery times vary by destination, customs clearance, carrier capacity, holidays, weather, and address accuracy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Shipping fees and import charges

Available shipping fees are shown at checkout. International customers may be responsible for duties, taxes, or import charges unless checkout explicitly states that those charges are included.

Order tracking

Once an order ships, tracking details are added to the order record and may be sent by email. You can also use the Track Order page with your order ID and billing email.

Fulfillment and return locations

Orders may ship from different fulfillment centers depending on inventory and destination. A fulfillment warehouse is not automatically a return address. Contact support@gardpilot.com before returning an item so we can provide the correct authorization and routing instructions.
